The first nine words - To stay focused on the needs of our investors
are of utmost importance to the company. We take great pride in stating that all we do is keeping the end investor in mind, our products, our philosophy, our research processes are all designed keeping the investor’s best interest at the forefront. To ensure that the trust placed in us to manage his/her hard-earned savings is well placed and we would treat their savings with the care and respect they deserve.
To ensure even higher standards of customer satisfaction and delight, we have re-aligned our organization to ensure that all departments are working together, in sync, with the only one objective - the delight of our customers or investors.
The organization is now realigned in the following manner:
- Sales is now Customer Interaction – we continue to believe in the Quantum philosophy of not selling funds to investors, but investors buying into our funds, and our customer interaction team will be there to meet the investor and guide him/her not only through the investment process but also ensure that the right product is bought by the investor at the right time depending upon the investors risk profile.
- Marketing is now Customer Communication – Our communication to our investors, via our newsletters and any other mailers will continue to follow our Vision statement of being simple and easy to understand, being fully transparent and giving complete disclosures of our performance and other aspects of our funds. And maintaining the integrity of the Quantum way of investing, not compromising on our stance on any of the philosophies that have been followed since the inception of Quantum.
- Customer Relations - The Customer Relations team is committed to providing the highest standards of service to our investors, resolving their doubts and queries in the best manner in the shortest possible time.
