Invest in Quantum Mutual Fund through the NSE & BSE mutual fund platforms

The listing of Quantum Mutual Fund on the NSE Mutual Fund Service System (MFSS), and BSE StAR MF, has made investing in Quantum Mutual Fund even easier for investors. If you wish to purchase units of the following schemes or redeem them, you now simply need to call your Stock Broker.  

You can choose between ‘Physical’ mode and ‘Depository’ mode while placing your subscription / redemption requests.

Quantum Mutual Fund Schemes available on the MFSS & StAR MF include:

1) Quantum Long Term Equity Fund
2) Quantum Tax Saver Fund
3) Quantum Equity Fund of Funds
4) Quantum Liquid Fund
5) Quantum Gold Savings Fund
6) Quantum Multi Asset Fund

To learn how to invest in Quantum Mutual Fund through the MFSS and StAR MF, please read the following instructions.

To Purchase Units in Dematerialized Form:
    • If you want to purchase your units in a demat form and deal in depository mode, you must have a demat account with CDSL/NSDL.
    • You need to place an order with an AMFI Certified Stock Broker to purchase units. AMFI Certified Stock Brokers refer to all trading members of BSE & NSE who are registered with AMFI as mutual fund advisors and have registered with BSE & NSE as Participants.
    • You have to provide your depository account details to the AMFI Certified Stock Exchange Brokers.
    • Your purchase order will be entered in the Stock Exchange system with the option of ‘Depository’ settlement and an order confirmation slip will be issued to you.
    • You will now have to transfer the required funds to the Broker.
    • The Broker will provide you with the appropriate Allotment details.

 

To Redeem Units in Dematerialized Form:
    • If you want to redeem your units in a demat form and deal in depository mode, you must have a demat account with CDSL/NSDL.
    • If you have purchased your units in Physical mode, please ensure that they are converted from physical mode to demat mode prior to placing your redemption order.
    • Quantum AMC shall take necessary steps in coordination with R & T Agents, Depositories and DP’s to facilitate conversion of physical units into dematerialized form for the existing investors.
    • If you have purchased your units in the demat mode, then to redeem your units place a redemption order with the AMFI Certified Stock Exchange Broker.
    • You should provide your Depository Participant with Depository Instruction Slip with relevant units to be credited to Clearing Corporation pool account.
    • The redemption order will be entered in the system with the option of ‘Depository’ settlement and an order confirmation slip will be issued to you.
    • The redemption proceeds will be credited to your bank account, as per the bank account details recorded with the Depository Participant.

 

To Purchase Units in Physical Form:
    • You need to submit all requisite documents along with the purchase application to your AMFI Certified Stock Exchange Broker.
    • The Broker will verify the application forms for mandatory details and KYC compliance.
    • After verification, your purchase order will be entered in the Stock Exchange system with the option of ‘Physical’ settlement and an order confirmation slip will be issued to you.
    • You will now have to transfer the required funds to the Broker.
    • The Broker will provide you with the appropriate Allotment details.

 

To Redeem Units in Physical Form:
    • You need to submit all requisite documents along with the redemption application to the AMFI Certified Stock Exchange Broker.
    • The redemption order will be entered in the Stock Exchange system with the option of ‘Physical’ settlement and an order confirmation slip will be issued to you.
    • The redemption proceeds will be credited to your bank account, as per the bank account details recorded with Quantum Mutual Fund.

Note:
1. Switching of units is not permitted.
2. The units of mentioned schemes are not listed on the BSE & NSE and cannot be traded on the Stock Exchanges.

3. Purchase/redemption applications should be submitted between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

4. Applications for purchase/redemption of units which are incomplete / invalid are liable to be rejected.

5. Separate folios will be allotted for units held in physical mode and demat mode. In case of non-financial requests/applications such as change of address, change of bank details, etc., investors should approach Investor Service Centre (ISCs) of Quantum Mutual Fund if units are held in physical mode and the respective Depository Participant(s) if units are held in demat mode.

6. An account statement will be issued by Quantum Mutual Fund to investors who purchase /redeem their units under this facility in physical mode.
In case of investors who intend to deal in units in depository mode, a demat statement will be sent by Depository Participant showing the credit/debit of units to their account.

7. The applicability of NAV will be subject to guidelines issued by SEBI on Uniform cut-off timings for applicability of NAV of Mutual Fund Scheme(s)/Plan(s). Currently, the cut-off time is 3.00 p.m. for Non-Liquid Schemes.

8. Investors will have to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) norms as prescribed by BSE/NSE/CDSL/NSDL and Quantum Mutual Fund to participate in this facility.

9. All other terms and conditions of the Schemes will remain unchanged.

10. The Trustee reserves the right to change/modify the features of this facility from time to time as decided by them in accordance with guidelines / circulars issued by SEBI / BSE/ NSE/CDSL / NSDL from time to time.
